Below is the Gig Violins LLC Rental Agreement:
- Monthly rental fee shall be $___________ for a total monthly payment of $_____________ with tax included at the current rate per month. Payment will be processed monthly by automatic credit card payment (see page 2 of form).
- Lessee may terminate the agreement at any time by returning the rental instrument with bow and case to Gig Violins LLC. Rentals will be
charged to the date the instrument is returned. - RENTAL CREDIT TOWARDS PURCHASE – Lessee may apply rental fee payments pursuant to this lease towards the purchase of any full sized Instrument (4/4 for violin, 15” or larger for viola) from Gig Violins LLC in accordance with the credit formula set forth herein. 100% of rental fee payments will apply towards
50% of the purchase price of any one instrument sold at Gig Violins LLC. Some exclusions may apply. Rental credit is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offers or previously discounted merchandise. This offer is only valid for a period of sixty (60) days following the termination of the Rental Agreement. - Lessee agrees to utilize reasonable care and caution in the use and handling of the instrument. Lessee will be responsible for repair fees in the case of damage to the rental instrument. Repair fees will be accessed by Gig Violins LLC.
- It is the responsibility of the Lessee to maintain accurate billing information using the online invoicing system. Should Lessee default on any two consecutive monthly payments, the lease shall be deemed terminated and Lessor shall be entitled to immediate possession of the rental instrument.
- Lessee understands that this lease is NOT a sales contract and that the title to the rental instrument remains with Lessor, Gig Violins LLC.
- REPAIRS – All repairs and adjustments to the instrument must be made by Gig Violins LLC. Do not attempt any repairs on your own. Lessee will be responsible for the entire replacement cost of the instrument if repairs have been attempted by anyone other than Gig Violins LLC.
- The rental Instrument must not be left in an unsupervised vehicle at any time. Lessee will be responsible for paying the entire replacement cost of the instrument in the case of damage due to vehicle temperature or loss due to theft from a vehicle.
- Gig Violins LLC reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement
Rent-to-own Agreement:
- Rent-to-own leases are for a period of 12 months, 18 months, or 24 months. After the lease period and all payments have been made, the instrument transfers ownership to the Lessee.
- Rent-to-own Fee Calculations are based on list price (M.S.R.P) of the instrument.
- The lease may be put on hold for up to one year, during which time the instrument must be returned to Gig Violins LLC. Credit from previous payments will continue to count toward the purchase of the instrument for up to one year.
- EARLY BUYOUT – At any time, the remainder of the balance on the instrument may be paid off, after which the instrument will transfer ownership to the Lessee.
