Giglierano Personal Model Violin (Y model, 2025)

This is the third violin I’ve made on this personal model. From the first one, I loved the sound and the way it played. Of course, what’s life without a little experimentation? Each version has had some small changes; this time I slightly changed the shape of the arching. The result is the introduction of a hint more complexity (think the sound of a well-made, aged instrument). The violin seems to know what I want to do before I do, and can change tone color in an instant. It’s like driving a very nice sports car (I would imagine!).
